Centerville Island View Park - East Parking Lot Park Strip Xeriscape

In an effort to conserve water, the City would like to dig out 4 inches of grass and soil along the park strip in the east parking lot of Island View Park. The City will be backfilling the area with decorative rock only. The city will be providing a roll-off dumpster with wheelbarrow access.
Centerville City Hall - Parking Lot Island Xeriscape

In an effort to conserve water, the City would like to dig out the center island at city hall between the east parking and west parking on the east side of city hall. The project is to rip out the grass down 4 inches deep but leave the sprinkler lines and trees so we can xeriscape with drip irrigation and low water use plants and decorative rock.
