Small Claims
Small claims filings will not be accepted on court dates.
The Centerville City Justice court, and all courts throughout the State of Utah, use the Uniform Recommended Fine/Bail Schedule as a guideline in setting bail and sentencing. However, there is an additional surcharge added to some of the fines which is not added to the fine posted. You may contact the court for the exact bail amount for any charge.
